  • Springtime Singalong

    Thank you to everyone who attended our Springtime Singalong in March which was dedicated to the memory of Mary Chasteney. We had a great time and the hall was packed - £417 was raised for the Doddington Church Window restoration fund, a project dear to Mary's heart. There will be another chance to sing along with us at the Artsfest - check out the programme.
  • Christmas Concert 2008
    Our Christmas Concert was a sell out! Thank you to all who attended. We raised £553 for Newnham Church and the Restoration of the Bells Appeal.
  • Men wanted!
    We are always interested to hear from anyone interested in joining us. We are especially keen to recruit some gorgeous, strapping rugby-type men (or women, come to think of it) with voices like Pavarotti - but will settle for (much!) less - for those who just enjoy singing! Also, Altos would be ever so welcome and we would smile widely at the prospect of a Soprano or two deciding we are worth a try. The ability to read music, whilst obviously an advantage, is not essential. Please contact Lis if you are interested in joining us. We rehearse weekly on Monday evenings at Newnham Village Hall, 7.45 start - see our schedule for a list of commitments
  • Wedding service
    We offer a wedding service to couples needing a choir in any of the 5 Benefice Churches: Doddington, Newnham, Lynsted, Wychling and Norton. We also sing at other locations, depending on distance and availability - contact Lis for more info.
